FuelingExecution
Operator-as-a-Service. Embedded in Oman
Ambition needs execution
A target market, without the local footprint to navigate it.
A business ready to scale, without the operators to run it.
Data that sits idle while decisions get made on instinct.
The gap between potential and performance is operational. Arakis closes that gap by:
- Embedding on the ground.
- Deploying the right expertise.
- Owning the outcome.
One team. Three engagements.
Your presence in Oman, built from the ground up.
Entering a new market is more than a legal setup. It requires local relationships, regulatory knowledge, and operational presence. We become your local arm, eliminating friction so you can scale with confidence.
Market Entry & Setup
Entity formation, regulation, compliance: all handled. You run the business.
Local Presence & Representation
Your face in the market: representing your interests, managing relationships, partnering on the ground.
Business Development & Networks
No cold start. Leverage deep regional relationships working for you from day one.
We take the seat your business needs filled.
Some businesses need a builder, others a commercial engine, or an operator to make things run. We embed as the operator that's missing.
Product & Technology
Your fractional CTO. Technical decisions, product ownership, hands-on build. From idea to scaling product, we bring the business, product & technology together.
Business Development & Growth
Your fractional CBO. Relationships, pipeline, and market navigation. We take ownership of growth, not just the strategy behind it.
Operations & Systems
Your fractional COO. We get inside the operations, find what's broken, build what scales. Embedded, accountable, output focused.
Turn what you have into what's possible.
Data unread, processes unquestioned, tech underused. Most businesses sit on more than they know; We find the gaps, build the intelligence, automate the growth.
Data & Insight
Turn data into decisions. From infrastructure to interpretation: actionable intelligence, not just dashboards.
Automation & Process
Eliminate manual friction. Fewer bottlenecks, faster operations, and a business that scales.
Technology & Systems
Audit, optimise, or build the data technology layer your business runs on. The right stack, properly implemented, fully adopted.
Built for two kinds of ambition.
Outside looking in.
On the ground, in the room, moving from day one.
International companies whose next market is Oman. We bring the presence, relationships, and operational arm to make your entry real, not just planned.
Inside looking up.
The right people, in the right seats, until it runs.
Founders and companies with clear direction but no one to execute it. We embed as the operator and stay until you don't need us.
How we work.
Understanding and feasibility
Align on the objective, understand the current state, and define what needs to be done.
Embed & operate
We become part of the team, with clear ownership of the work.
Operate, measure & adapt
Run the work, track what matters, and adjust as we learn.
Build the outcome
Tangible results. Sustainable capability. A business that runs.

Operators, not advisors.
We take the seat, own the outcome, and build something sustainable.
We take ownership and stay measured against it.
We take ownership, define what success looks like before we start, and stay measured against it. The engagement only works if the result does.
